i like what I've been reading about. It's about world war two, describing how a young girl hiding in a secret room, trying to not let the Nazi found them before the war ends.
New translation of Frank's famous diary includes material about her emerging sexuality and her relationship with her mother that was originally excised by Frank's father, the only family member to survive the Holocaust.

Anne Frank's classic diary written in an Amsterdam warehouse, where for two years she hid from the Nazis with her family and friends. One of the most moving and eloquent documents of the Holocaust.

“I've found that there is always some beauty left -- in nature, sunshine, freedom, in yourself; these can all help you.”
It's really a wonder that I haven't dropped all my ideals, because they seem so absurd and impossible to carry out. Yet I keep them, because in spite of everything, I still believe that people are really good at heart.
"At such moments I don't think about all the misery, but about the beauty that still remains..."
What's done cannot be undone, but at least you can keep it from happening again. - Anne Frank
"The best remedy for those who are frightenend, lonely or unhappy is to go outisde, somewhere they can be alone with the sky, nature and God. For then and only then can you feel that everything is as it should be and that God wants people to be happy amid nature's beauty and simplicity...as long as this exists, I know there will be solace for every sorrow. - Anne Frank
