This book has amazing recipes! My husband is Indian and when we first got together, I had no idea how to make Indian food. I checked this book out form the local library and just started testing recipes. My husband said it's the closest taste to Indian home cooking that he's ever had. My favorite recipes out of the book are the Hyderabadi Chicken Curry, Yogurt Curry and the Palak aur Methi Panner. I highly recommend this book if you want to make tasty Indian food at home. Note: Many recipes call for the use of a pressure cooker, so some creative adjustments have to be made to those recipes if you don't have one. This is, hands down, my favorite cook book. Enjoy!
