Twelfth Night is a play about disguises, love, and loss. I had to read this play in grade 9, and had to do a dramatization from one scene. It was a bit confusing because I don't really understand the shakespearean language. This book has the translations written as well so if you ever have a reading assignment, the translations will benefit you a lot! I really liked the story of this play and the plot. The humor isn't very funny because I did not get it, but people back then may have loved it! I did enjoy this play and did find it surprising at times. Shakespeare is a famous playwright and an actor whose plays are very deep and some are about romance as well. I guess this play isn't that bad if you know how to understand the shakespearean language. 3.5/5

If you enjoy Shakespeare then you'll enjoy this play. This one of his best plays. Highly recommend
