Excellent guide to Southeast Asian cooking. The photography is beautiful and inspiring and the recipes work. They run the gamut from fresh, simple, and tasty (Vietnamese Cabbage and Chicken Salad) to a Southeast Asian version of Scotch eggs (Deep-Fried Eggs with Pork and Prawn Filling). Great source for anyone who wants to learn how to cook a variety of Southeast Asian dishes.
