A New York Times BestsellerAl Franken has been studying the rhetoric of the Right. He has listened to their cries of slander, bias, and even treason. Examined the administration's policies of squandering our surplus, and alienating the rest of the world. Al bravely and candidly destroys the liberal media bias myth by doing what his targets seem incapable of: getting his facts straight.

If you are a conservative, read this book and learn as I did. If you are a liberal, read this book and learn as I did. So, how many authors, especially politically inclined authors, use 14 Harvard students to check facts in their book. Well, this one did. It saddened me to read all the shenanigans that were revealed (I had never investigated) in this book. They guys you thought were at least okay, like President Bush and President Bush. Were not okay. They screwed things up for their own benefit and the enriching of their friends. Maybe I should join the liars club so I can get rich.

A must read for anyone who believes the "leftist liberals" ever controlled media content. Aside from hoisting several conservative propagandists on their own petards, Franken's inimitable sense of humor provides plenty of chuckles. But don't let that fool you, Franken also looses his tongue from his cheek to provide pointed political and social commentary.
