We listened to this book on CD before I learned the author was convicted of possessing child pornography and received a six-year jail sentence (Google it). The book had some interesting moments but wasn’t well-written. Now that I learned about the author, I am sorry that my family and I put in the many hours for this story. There are better books out there written by authors who aren’t pedophiles.
