This is the best sign book I have read. I really recommend signing with your babies. It has worked wonders with my daughter (now 2 years). It is so easy to communicate with her. She even began using signs at age 1 that I'd stopped using when she was 6 months, which means all the signing I did while she couldn't sign back to me has paid off!
