Very readable well-written book with lots of excellent and well documented information. The diagrams make the mechanisms quite understandable. Better than other medical books written for the lay public because the information is clearly presented while not being repetitious or overly simple in presentation. The facts presented by Dr. Blaylock become ever more relevant to our health because the situation he exposes with regard to MSG and the other excitotoxins is true also of GMO foods. The FDA remains a tool of agribusiness and the food manufacturers. Consumers need to claim their power.
