The question: What have all those billions and hundreds of billions garnered for national security? Nothing, to date. When ISIS came on the scene [6 months after they first appeared the CIA finally noticed them] - - none of America's so-called intelligence agencies could provide any info on them?!?!?!?!? Typical ultra-loser performance we've come to expect from the master embezzlers at the CIA, DIA and NSA. Everything spent, nothing gained!
