A fine cookbook of healthy dishes for athletes, but one note: these recipes are pretty elaborate. If you're looking for quick and easy healthy recipes, I would recommend the Racing Weight Cookbook, which SPL doesn't have at the time I'm writing this. However, if you're an athlete who loves to cook and doesn't mind spending a couple hours on a dish, then this is your book.
