I really enjoyed this workout and would consider purchasing it. The strength moves are multi-joint and are done at a reasonable speed, and the cardio is easy to follow. There are several different sections, including 3 x 10 minute main sections. It really isn't 3 different workouts however....you choose one of the 10 minute sections and combine it with the rest of the add-ons to form 3 30-minute workouts. I just did the whole thing and enjoyed it.
