This is one of my favorites for night time yoga. Stretches thighs and hips. Good for release of tension along the vertebral column. It may take a bit of time to develop some of the flexibility demonstrated but it does happen.

Like all Sounds True productions the music and voice are soothing. A nice, slow Yin practice is shown and you have the option to have music only. In Yin practice about 5 ground-based poses are done, holding them for 5 minutes at a time. The focus is predominantly hip and hamstring stretches. The poses are meant to activate the fascia around the muscles and stimulate points along certain accu-yoga. Jennifer Kreis' Yin Yoga DVD has better explanation but she does not have a yoga voice. The only major drawback is the lack of alternatives. Not everyone can sit on the ground as the demonstrator does. There are props surrounding her but she uses none.
