This book is a great reference to the breathing techniques and yoga poses that are safe and recommended to use during pregnancy. I observed a lot of books / techniques (like the calm birth method) use Yoga practices and breathing techniques, but do not credit them to Yoga. I recommend reading this book at the start of third trimester or at least once during any pregnant woman's journey.
