Add a CommentI love this book! It is so well written and straight forward with excellent, easy to follow recipes. Good headnotes, which I look for in a good cookbook. After checking this book out from SPL about 4 years ago, I purchased one for myself and one for my sister who is mostly a pastry/dessert maker. THE BEST pastry/pie dough recipes.
I love this book and will be purchasing it. The recipes/process of making artisan bread are very easy to follow. The only problem I have is, the bread turns out so amazing that it is hard to eat only one slice!
