See my review of the initial "Wheat Belly" Book (and the more thorough and easier to read review on Amazon).

As relates to the first review on this book, I am amazed that there are people who comment without having a real clue as to updated research that swims against the tide of Big AgriBusiness and a government that desperately needs to have people NOT believe the truths of people like Dr. Davis and Gary Traubes.

This author/doctor has replaced wheat with high fat recipes. As a diabetic with celiac you do not need to use fats or sugars to make a gluten free diet taste good. I can not believe this book was written by a medical doctor.
