The title was kind of ironic for me because I'm very open with my parents and this book simply served as some conversation starters and provoked more questions for me to ask them; I'd picked it up out of curiosity. I'd recommend this book for teens to get some information and answers, but I definitely recommend actually talking to a parent or another trusted adult along with it. I think the book was a little biased but overall a good source of information. I learned some new stuff.
