You do need a fairly strong stomach to sit through this series. An unrealistically high body count, a high number of psychopaths out there killing people, and creative ways of cutting up a corpse and re-arranging the body parts in some kind of artistic fashion. What makes this series enticing may also give you nightmare. As well, there are a lot of talking scenes - e.g. psychiatrist to patient - to extend to storyline to its current length. And I sometime chose to skip them. The ending of Season 2 is kind of expected and inevitable. Nevertheless, it weighs heavily on the audience. Right now, I very much look forward to watching Season 3!

Definitely disturbing for those who can not handle bloos and gruesome scenes. I enjoyed it though as there was no doubt every episode is entertaining. an unexpected twist at the end.
