Meanders a bit, but interesting study nevertheless of a group of friends and lovers, navigating the complexities of life, love and work in modern day San Francisco. I didn't find Patrick, Augustin and Dom and their assortment of friends and loves to be any more vapid or stereotypical than, say, the 30-something group on "Friends" whom we were given ten full seasons to get to know.
Nice theme as well.

I was really hoping for more. Self-centered, whiny, vapid, morally ambiguous - all traits of the main character in this series. I got the impression that I was supposed to identify with him, but I don't. (NOT.IN.THE.SLIGHTEST.)
Sadly, he and his friends are all pretty much emotionally stunted and people that I'd go out of my way to avoid having in my life, so why would I want to watch their BS on tv? That said, there's no compelling reason to continue watching after season one.

Yawn fest, meandering story without any plot, the dialogue at times is akin to teenage girls rather than men of 30. The main characters are uninteresting, stereotypical, self obsessed and are portrayed as living lives revolving around the pursuit of sex. A parody of gay men?

I don't think there is going to be a season 2 - cancelled.

Ooops - I take that back - Season 3 is dubious however.

It's been a while I have liked since another show with a summat plot since QAF and this by far surpasses it. The characters are engaging and not stereotyped. In fact, on the contrary, the characters are relatable and some of the experiences are painfully realistic but conveyed beautifully.Cannot wait for the next or rather more seasons!

A pleasant way to pass the time on a rainy day. Develops slowly, so be patient.
