If only American's health were more important then the mighty dollar. All the advertising that goes into selling this drug (sugar) which is making us all sick and the outrageous medical costs that the public must pay, because no one is the wiser unless they seek out information. We need to educate our nation, it starts there! This is no different than the war on opioids...sugar is crazily addictive. This book has a great deal of information that can educate many. It is absolutely worth the read!

Please would the med schools start teaching this information, and nutritionists as well. Then please would the food industry and all the supermarkets take responsibility for the diabetes epidemic that could paralyse our health system. This book is shocking to read.

This book is so thought provoking, that I am changing the way I eat. I've discovered that I already have some warning signs of insulin issues that would definitely get worse if I don't make changes. I highly recommend this book if you have any blood sugar or insulin concerns. The author of this brilliant book is most definitely going to save lives.
