initially thought I had read to many Discworlds' back to back, however the story unfolded I ended up really enjoying this tale of time travel and revolution...engaging characters and the anti hero Vimes in both iterations very entertaining and thought provoking...

As another reviewer warned don't read to many back to back, but otherwise a wonderful book...

Another great Discworld novel

My favorite of the Discworld series. Vimes is a great original character in a great original series.

Be careful reading too many Discworld books back to back as some joke veins run through the whole series and begin to get repetitive if taken in large doses.

As always a good story. Don't know if I'd do that good of a job of bringing myself up. It is a good practice session for Sam as back in real time he is about to become a father.
