Interesting mystery series! I recommend it!
Very good acting! Settings are beautiful!
The only thing that really bothered me was the constant smoking by almost every character in the stories! What's with that? I hope the actors make it to an old age!

A cross between Mad Men and Agatha Christie, plus it's Scandinavian - so gorgeous northern scenery, Swedish interiors, and that accent - "hey!".

Six 90 minutes of whodunnit murder cases based on the crime novels by author Dagmar Lange, set in Swedish rural towns during 1950s before the age of CSI and internet. Lighter moments were often provided by tensions among the always curious petite Puck, her professor husband and their best friend Police Superintendent.

A frustrated Police Superintendent Christer said to his fiancee's family:
Here is the summary of your alibi ... When Daniel died, Jan-Axel wasn't at the inn, Helene wasn't at the dentist. Otto wasn't at the mill, and Gabriella (Christer's fiancee) wasn't at the seamstress. The only clues are the changed will and the words "die from shame."
