Add a CommentThis book isn't one of my favorites as far as storyline goes, but the voice given to the main character is pretty unique and refreshing. Jess is a strong character with a clear view of her role as a female in social and societal norms and she bucks them regularly in an honest way. I really enjoy seeing characters like this is YA literature.
