Jim Gordon as Batman? The creators make it work and are to be lauded for taking what seems to be a very thin idea and make it work.

Bruce Wayne is out of action, with no memory of his life as Batman. Someone has to step up... and that someone is the former police commissioner. Jim Gordon's time as the Batman is explored in this collection, which has the Dark Knight manning a robotic suit as an official part of the Gotham PD. And for good measure, the collection also features interaction with other police detectives, including one making her return to the DC universe post reboot. The collection also features an encounter with the Justice League, which makes for interesting character dynamics.
