I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. Very insightful into the process of aging and how we as individuals all look at it differently. Richmond not only shows us the up and down side of aging, with examples of people he interviewed but provides many solutions to embracing this part of our life with gratitude. Some great quotes from his teachers. Well worth your time to read.
