Solid factual information on just how poisonous milk is, and hints at just how corrupt our government is, as relates to the milk industry. The only thing I didn't care for is the obnoxious music that plays throughout this documentary. My 4 stars are for the content, because I seriously dislike the presentation style they used, which reminded me of MTV reality shows. I withheld one star because they really only skimmed the surface, and didn't give enough detailed coverage of all the myriad of diseases which have been scientifically linked to milk. I've read hundreds of studies over the years which are even more damning than what is present in this film. I stopped consuming milk, and all products containing any of its derivatives back in 2004. (very difficult to do at first....the stuff is in everything) My reason for eliminating it was that it causes acne, which went away within a couple weeks of stopping the milk.
